                            Session 3Activity Segment – Reflection and Action Planning vs. Malpractices
                            • Allows participants to identify those malpractices currently embedded in their own companies

                            • Provides an opportunity for participants to note action to be done about them when they go back to their posts and functions

                              Session 4Input Session – Frameworks, Principles, Processes and Tools of Effective Coordination
                              • Reveals the anatomy of coordination, its components and dynamics

                              • Provides a scientific and visual matrix guide to Effective Coordination relative to situation-status (start-up, on-track, off-track, crisis/troubled state) and phases of coordination

                              • Shares with participants key principles to abide with, in line with effective coordination

                              • Enables skills to be anchored solidly on a foundation of framework guided by principles


                              Session 5Activity Segment – Case Work to Apply Frameworks, Principles, Processes and Tools
                              • Provides participants the opportunity to apply frameworks, principles and tools to several cases to be analyzed and solved

                              • Allows participants to get a feel of how to diagnose and improve coordination systems to make it easier for them to execute the same when they come back to their work functions


                              Session 6: Input Session- Critical Skills in Effective Coordination 
                              • Provides a scientific and visual guide to Effective Coordination

                              • Shares with participants key principles to abide with in line with effective coordination

                              • Enables skills to be anchored solidly on a foundation of framework guided by principles

                              • Allows participants to get a feel of how to diagnose and improve coordination systems to make it easier for them to execute the same when they come back to their work functions

                              Session 7: Activity Segment- Skill Practice Lab  
                              • Allows immediate application of skill learning points via simulation-role plays in the safety of a training lab environment Request

                              • Enables participants to discover their weak points and strengths

                                Provides them the opportunity to note their continuing developmental requirements
